Hi, I started this positive and happy fitspo blog for myself. I want to be more comfortable in my own skin. My goal was to hit a comfortable state of my weight and looks and then maintain it. This was my only real new year's resolution. The reason I'm doing it so carefully still is because I've had an eating disorder in the past. I am fully recovered from that, but as anyone with an ed-history can tell, it will always be a part of you. In fact, I'd want to be more lean and muscular rather that skinny. I don't support anything unhealthy with weight loss. NONE. I've been down that road, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
I'll keep you updated from my progress and I'd love to hear your weight loss stories as well!
